Honestly I thought this was a gimmick of some kind or just another nonsense item I would buy, use once, be disappointed and never touch it again. TOTALLY NOT THE CASE. I've used it for several days now and oh my goodness it feels amazing. Honestly feels amazing. I work as a first responder so I'm no stranger to back problems. This actually does help for sure!!!

Wow! It really does work. My brother-in-law told me about this & I thought "what the hell, I'll give it a try for my persistent lower back pain... And it really works! I occasionally have issues with the alignment of my hip and lower back. My chiropractor recommended a lumbar support while driving and sitting. I tried another lumbar support with a cushion, but it was not effective. When I ordered this backrest, I was skeptical as it is not cushioned. However, the design is actually very comfortable and the nodules provide some massage as I drive. I have found this backrest to be very good. It has 3 different settings depending on how much curvature you need. I put mine on the lowest setting and it is working great! It is also extremely durable. I am a large man (240 pounds/109 Kilograms) and it is standing up to every condition in which I have tried it. It is also easy to assemble even without instructions. I heartily recommend this product.
